CEPD believes that better education can be greener education as well. We’ve been undergoing a green transformation, trying to be greener in every area of our office, from reducing paper by encouraging online registration, to eliminating bottled water. Our registrants and Course Directors have helped us in this initiative by making these changes along with us. For example, over the last 5 years, sponsorship of online or web-based courses has quadrupled. This trend of green transformation is supported in practice by the rest of the University of Toronto, which is progressing towards being an environmentally responsible institution in all aspects.
